Chelsie is focused on supporting Tidelift subscribers and maintainers on the joint mission to make open source work better for everyone. She has worked in tech for a decade, and has mentored STEM students through FIRST Robotics, the Cade Museum, and Florida Solar Energy Center. In the analog world, Chelsie spends her time advocating for equitable land use in her local community.
